At Talk To Bunny, we ship Korean skincare and beauty products directly from South Korea to customers worldwide.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, depending on operational load, after payment is successfully received.

Processing times may be longer during sales periods, holidays, peak shipping seasons, stock shortages, or exceptional operational delays.

Orders are generally not processed on weekends or public holidays.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from South Korea, unless otherwise stated.

We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. However, some destinations may be restricted or unavailable due to local laws, customs regulations, carrier limitations, or operational reasons.

We reserve the right to decline shipment to certain countries or regions at our discretion.

All delivery timeframes provided on the Website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier issues, weather, local transport disruptions, destination-country regulations, or incomplete delivery information.

The final shipping cost depends on factors such as destination country, package weight and size, shipping method, and order contents.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All import duties, taxes, VAT, and destination-country fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import requirements before placing an order.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for resulting losses, delays, return charges, or reshipment costs.

8. Failed Delivery or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned due to customer-related reasons, any refund or reshipment will be handled at our discretion and may be subject to deduction of original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, force majeure events, destination-country import restrictions, or incorrect customer information.

10. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us at iwantto@talktobunny.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the parcel and products, shipping label images if available, and a description of the issue.

Resolution may depend on carrier investigation results and the circumstances of the shipment.

11. Restricted Products and Import Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking whether the products they order are permitted in their country.

We are not responsible for customs seizure, import refusal, destruction of goods, or regulatory issues caused by destination-country restrictions.
