Refund and Returns Policy

At Talk To Bunny, we want customers to shop with confidence. Because we sell skincare and beauty products, returns and refunds are subject to hygiene, safety, and product-integrity requirements.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unopened, in original condition, in original packaging, and not damaged due to customer handling.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tested, or altered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • opened or used skincare or cosmetic products
  • items with broken seals
  • products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • clearance or final sale items, if marked as such
  • gift cards, if applicable

3. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item, incorrect item, or your order is missing an item, please contact us at iwantto@talktobunny.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the package, clear photos of the item or items, and a description of the issue.

We may request additional information before approving a refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution.

4. How to Request a Return

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider and bank.

7. Partial Refunds

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including where returned items are not in original condition, packaging is damaged, part of the order is missing due to customer actions, or the item shows signs of use or handling.

8. Non-Delivery or Returned Packages

If a shipment is returned to us because of refusal by the customer, failure to collect the package, incorrect shipping address, or customs-related rejection caused by customer-side issues, any refund may be reduced by original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges.

9. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

10. Customs and Import Issues

We are not responsible for refunding losses caused by customs seizure, destination-country import restrictions, or refusal of entry where the ordered products are not permitted in the customer’s country.

Customers are responsible for understanding local import rules before placing an order.

11. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Filing an unjustified chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process.
